Calculate structure is not saved in the scene

In order to display blue turns, we must recalculate (DSSP) the secondary structure using "calculate structure". The script is 

calculate structure
select protein
cartoon only
color structure

However, this seems not to be saved in the scene (failed state script?)

I've added the commands before the call to 'plot ramachandran' and it works great!. Thank you. Jaime Prilusky 14:55, 15 August 2017 (UTC)
