Great organization but not much information on structure versus function. Could not tell from jmol image that you uploaded very much about the structure. I understand that there is only NMR structural information available since it has not been crystallized yet but at least you could have chosen an image from PDB that easily displayed protein motifs and domains as well as displaying beta sheets and alpha helices. Could have used PDB 2LNS and even compared to the mutant structure 2LNT and discussed what affect this had on function.
