We apologize for Proteopedia being slow to respond. For the past two years, a new implementation of Proteopedia has been being built. Soon, it will replace this 18-year old system. All existing content will be moved to the new system at a date that will be announced here.

From Proteopedia
I studied biology and computer science in France. I then went to the UK to carry out my PhD with Dr. Sarah Teichmann at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge. My PhD was focused on the classification, evolution, and assembly of protein complexes of known structure. I am now a post-doc at the university of Montreal in Prof. Stephen Michnick's group. I'm studying how protein-protein interactions evolve and have evolved. Such an understanding will lay the foundations to decipher the global organization of protein-protein interactions inside cells - which I like to refer to as the molecular architecture of the cell.
