The PyMOL2Jmol Translator fails to translate certain features:

Issues we are working to solve
- Zoom does not translate.
- Wireframe thickness appears too thin (0.pse, 6.pse, 11.pse)
- Only some of the wireframe appears too thin here (15.pse)
- A surface over 2 chains appears broken (2.pse)
- Fidelity of surface coloring (3.pse, 14.pse)
- Fidelity of wireframe coloring (4.pse)
- Slab & depth are not translated (6.pse)
- Waters shown as crosses are translated to spheres (6.pse) -- May be a Jmol limitation. Could make spheres smaller at least. (but they look good here 11.pse)
- Translation of translucency is sometimes too opaque (9.pse)
- But here translucent surface looks good (11.pse)
Issues we accept for the time being
- Inability to translate movies.
Issues due to Jmol
These issues are only solvable through changes to Jmol
- Dotted measurements in Jmol have a set width that can look narrow compared to measurement objects in PyMOL.
