A graduate of Stanford University (BS, Biology, 1974) and the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine (M.D., 1978), Dr. Hahn is a licensed physician in California and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor, Immunology and Allergy Division, Department of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Diego. In 1981, Dr. Hahn co-founded Immunetech Pharmaceuticals (now Dura Pharmaceuticals, a publicly-traded pharmaceutical company) where he served as Senior Vice President for Research and Scientific Director. In 1990, Dr. Hahn founded Cosmederm Technologies and invented COSMEDERM-7™. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Society for Investigative Dermatology and is an author of numerous publications, book chapters and pharmaceutical patents.
