I would like to utilize the extensive tools provided by Proteopedia in a Sandbox environment. Proteopedia is one the best resources for understanding protein structure, 3-d configuration, and phenomena related to structural biology and biochemical activity. I aim to use Proteopedia as a tool to enhance my own understanding of the spacial dynamics of proteins while learning the operative methods by which models are created, the limitations of these models, and the overall predictive schemes used to develop them.
