I am an assistant professor in the department of chemistry at the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio. I went to Ohio State University to get my Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry('00) where I worked with Dr. Mark Foster, and the University of Cincinnati's College of Medicine to get my Ph.D. in Biochemistry('05) where I worked with Dr. Mark Rance. I conduct research on protein-DNA interactions using molecular biology, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, molecular dynamics simulations, circular dichroism, and isothermal calorimetry. I have published peer-reviewed research in the Journal of Molecular Biology, Biomolecular NMR Assignments, and in Biochemistry(submitted).
