I'm is a software developer and bioinformatician at UCHC. I currently work on several biomedical and computational biology projects, including the Minimotif Miner database, the VENN application for homology threading, the CONNJUR environment for integrated NMR data anaylsis. Additionally, I've played advisory roles for various medical informatics based applications in the private sector. I'm in expectation of receipt of my Phd within the next 6 months.
