I am an undergraduate at the University of Arizona majoring in biochemistry and molecular biophysics. For the past year, I have been part of Dr. John H. Enemark's research group as a student researcher. I have been studying the effects that amino acid mutations, specifically tryptophan to phenylalanine and trytophan to alanine, have on the electron transfer rate of sulfite oxidase.
