I am an undergraduate student majoring in Biochemistry at Stony Brook University. I am currently taking BIO 487 or the "USMART" course. USMART stands for "Undergraduate Students Modeling a Research Topic" and this is the first time that this course is being offered. I am currently under the direction of Dr. Gisselle Medina and Dr. Marvin O'Neal. In addition, a PI will also work closely with me as I design my structure (using RASMOL and/or JMOL) and the proteopedia page.
