My name is Vishesh Persaud and I am currently Biology major and senior at Stony Brook University. I am currenty in the PREPARE (Protein Explorations for Authentic Research Experiences) Program which is offered here as an upper division research class. In this program, we are building protein models of hemoglobin under the instruction of Dr. Giselle Medina. As part of our program, we are required to build a Proteopedia page presenting our final work to the scientific community.
