William Anderson, science educator at Unionville HS, Kennett Square, PA. B.A. in Biology 1969, West Chester University, M.A. Biology West Chester University, 1979. Research experience includes the following: University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine (neural control of food intake), University of Delaware (measurement of basal metabolic rate of transgenic mice), Stroud Water Research Laboratory (factors influencing respiration rate of sestonic particles in aquatic ecosystems). Current research interests include characterization of proteins involved in transmission of Lyme disease from animal vectors to humans.
