Evolutionary Conservation

Hi Gilad,

The evolutionary conservation bug should be fixed now. Thanks for alerting me to it! It took me a while to fix because I ended up making another useful change to the SAT as well: I put a small static section underneath the Jmol applet that does not change with different tabs, and it always shows the current file displayed as well as gives access to 3 important buttons that we previously had appearing in each tab anyways.

Great, thanks for the confirmation that it's working. For your knowledge, the way that the whole "messaging between users" system works is that if you edit my talk page, it tells me I have new messages. If you respond on your talk page, I have to check the recent changes or visit your talk page to see that you have responded on your page. Either way it's not quite intuitive, and there's room for improvement on the current MediaWiki implemenatation.

Also, you sign you name by typing four tildas in a row like ~~~~ and it automatically links to your userpage with a timestamp (You'll see a button you can click to insert these four tildas right below the "save page" and "show changes" line of buttons saying "Sign your username".
