PDB codes

Hi Kurt,

PDB code entitled pages in Proteopedia use only lowercase letters. For instance, 1EA5 is written as 1ea5. This is especially important when making interwiki links to the PDB code pages. 1EA5 will link to a non-existent page, while 1ea5 is the correct link. The decision was made due to the better readability of lowercase letters -- all uppercase makes the text look like a solid block. We're working on solutions to have both upper- and lowercase work, since a sizeable chunk of scientists are used to using only uppercase.
