Crystal structure of human deoxycytidine kinase complex with ADP and chemotherapy agent 1p62

Template:STRUCTURE 1p62

Deoxycytidine kinase (DCK) is required for the phosphorylation of deoxyribonucleosides dC, dG and dA and nucleosides analogs which are used as antiviral and chemotherapeutic agents. Deficiency of DCK causes resistance to these agents.
