This is a pretty good job. I am not sure if a better view of the hydrophobic pocket is possible, but given the amount of time left, this will have to do. It would take some more experimentation to find a better presentation. On the positive side all WIKIs were clear and the text well written.

Assignment 9: IIIC: Helical thong: Map the interactions involving the helical thong that stabilize quaternary structure. Explain how these interactions contribute to quaternary structure stability.[2][5]
1. Well written and to the point.
2. I liked your use of rockets portrayal.
3. I am wondering if you use rockets to show all of the thongs in GS in an opening slide and then zooming in on one.
4. Would spacefill portrayal of the interaction instead of thick wires be better.
5. We can make an appointment to discuss final draft.
