A syndromic form of X-linked mental retardation characterized by severe intellectual deficit associated with short stature, craniofacial dysmorphism, small testes, muscle wasting in lower legs, kyphosis, joint hyperextensibility, pes cavus, small feet, and abnormalities of the toes.
