Hypertension & Congestive Heart Failure are disorders of the circulatory system. Hypertension, also known as "high blood pressure" occurs when systemic arterial blood pressure is elevated. It is a major risk factor for stroke and heart failure. Congestive Heart Failure is the most common type of heart failure is marked by low cardiac output.
