NMR structure of the Scylla Serrata anti lipopolysaccharide Factor-24 (SsALF-24) peptide

Function

[ALPS_SCYSE] Binds to bacterial LPS and may specifically inhibit the LPS-mediated activation of the hemolymph coagulation. It has a strong antibacterial effect especially on the growth of Gram-negative bacteria.[1] [2]

About this Structure

2lrf is a 1 chain structure. Full experimental information is available from OCA.
