Green links are nice but not fully defined in text. Not sure what in the structure is specific to what you are focusing on. I notice a color scheme but there is no information in the text what this color scheme is about.

Also, your structural section is good but you need to introduce first start broad and then go specific. How many amino acids is protein what are all the domains and what are the specific motifs.
