GREAT organization with titles and subtitles as well as section breaks. Also included supporting images with references and the PDB 3D Jmol image.
Missing key citations and references that are not included in reference list but partial citation in text.
Also need to further elucidate the structure function connection even if function is not completely determined. Need to point out importance of certain structural regions.
