Background great just a few citations missing.
When describing structure really do not need to go into specifics on how protein was cloned just need to know that the structure was solved using x-ray crystallography and so forth. In structure section you need to include the total size of the protein, number of amino acids and general info on motifs.
Also was hard to follow color descriptions of motifs because the description was near the jmol 3D structure of the protein instead of the 2D one taken from PDB. Also need to include PDB # for protein as part of citation and reference.
All figures must have a citation that are not your figures and you need to get written consent from authors to use their figures in a public forum as a wiki.
Some structure function relationships explained but lacking info on how the actual 3D structure of protein is affected.
