Background great just a few citations missing.
When describing structure really do not need to go into specifics on how protein was cloned just need to know that the structure was solved using x-ray crystallography and so forth. In structure section you need to include the total size of the protein, number of amino acids and general info on motifs.
Also was hard to follow color descriptions of motifs because the description was near the 3D structure of the protein instead of the 2D one taken from PDB. Also need to include PDB # for protein as part of citation and reference.
